  • Flumen is an Academic Research Institute affiliated with the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and the International Centre for Numerical Methods in Engineering.
  • Flumen is actively engaged in research activities, consulting, training and technology transference in relation to hydrology and river dynamics.
  • Flumen was created by the Government of Catalunya through the order ECO/305/2012 on October 3rd  (DOGC October 17th).
